At Hero Multis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Customized or perishable items are not eligible for refund.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team through the Contact page with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or arrived damaged.
